Donations
While we are very grateful for donations of items that enhance our collection, space is limited and arrangements must be made in advance. Please review The Foundation’s donation policy.

- a significant collection of early Canadian philatelic journals in OCR searchable format
- a comprehensive collection of Canadian auction catalogues
- historical runs of selected auction catalogues
- research collections from important Canadian philatelists
- historical collection of prospectus for International and Canadian stamp exhibitions
The library is now open for appointments of up to 2 hours on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday between 11 and 3. Please bring a valid vaccination passport and wear a mask at all times while maintaining physical distance, we have hand sanitizer at the door. Lending policy: The HSPL does not provide an interlibrary loan service. Some material is available for circulation within Canada to members of philatelic groups. Arrangements for photocopying or scanning of items might be possible.
Requesting books. Friends of the HSPL who live in Canada can request books directly from the online catalogue.
